XM offers multi-million yuan incentives for the port-shipping-trade ecosystem

Xiamen recently rolled out a support package for the local port-shipping-trade ecosystem that includes 12 measures in four areas. Officials said that the program is designed to assist port, shipping and trade enterprises in expanding their operations within the city. Eligible firms can receive up to 90 million yuan based on performance metrics such as container throughput and service efficiency.

New express lines to Europe and the United States are eligible for a reward of four million yuan.

New cross-border e-commerce routes to southeast Asia are eligible for 15,000 yuan per ship. Companies that operate heavy-box container businesses in Xiamen Port can receive a one-time reward of up to one million yuan per enterprise.
